60 tons of carrots were sent from the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation to Kazakhstan

On June 13, the regional office of the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Volgograd region announced a new export shipment. This time, over 60 tons of fresh carrots from the Volgograd region were sent to Kazakhstan.

“During the period from June 1 to 10, 2023, specialists from the regional offices of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Rostov, Volgograd, and Astrakhan regions, as well as the Republic of Kalmykia, checked over 60 tons of fresh carrots intended for export to Kazakhstan,” the department said.

As noted, experts conducted necessary research by quarantine requirements and issued phytosanitary certificates for the shipment.

After all control and supervisory measures were completed, the cargo was sent to the recipient country.
