During their meeting on July 10, president of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov and Swiss president Ueli Maurer discussed bilateral cooperation. Switzerland today implements healthcare, economic, agricultural, energy, water and environmental projects, Jeenbekov said.
He added that the development and promotion of exports, the creation of conditions for small and medium businesses and the development of public-private partnerships are the priority areas, noting that Kyrgyzstan has several good export industries.
"We're ready to export eco-friendly vegetables, fruit, nuts, honey and beans to the Swiss market. In this regard, we believe that cooperation in the agricultural sector can be mutually beneficial for both parties," Jeenbekov said.
