The Prince de Bretagne artichokes that were planted last spring are now available on the market. “We are right in the middle of the production peak for the autumn season,” explains Pierre Gélébart, product manager at Prince de Bretagne.

“Planting was spread out in time in order to have harvests from August until November. But this year, the weather conditions of the past few months have disturbed the crops, and large volumes are currently on the market, for another week at least. This situation concerns all our artichoke references.”

Currently on the market are the varieties Camus, Castel, Cardinal and Petit violet.
