Gulfood 2021 will open on Sunday at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC). Global experts and companies will highlight a range of topics, from food safety and innovation to sustainable catering, food safety and catering design.
The event will be held from February 21st to 25th. This is the first live, on-site catering (F&B) event in the past 12 months. With 34 years of history of catalyzing trade transactions and stimulating industry innovation, the 26th event will be held in 20 exhibition halls in accordance with DWTC's strict health and safety regulations. More than 2500 companies from 85 countries/regions will seek new cooperation and partnerships at the event. In addition, 110 world-class culinary stars and industry leaders have been arranged to give live lectures, demonstrations and competitions.
