Memorandum of cooperation been signed with Lulu Hypermarket

North Macedonia to begin fruit and vegetable exports to Qatar

North Macedonia will start exporting food products to Qatar, now a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) has been signed with Lulu Hypermarket, a retail chain operating in the Middle East and Asia. On Monday came the news that the MoC was signed by North Macedonia's charge d'affaires to Qatar, Elma Altorok, and the director of Lulu Hypermarket Mohamed Althaf.

This is the first opportunity to export Macedonian food products to Qatar. The first products to be exported are fruits and vegetables, lamb and meat products, Macedonian ajvar -a condiment-, cheese varieties and healthy food products.

As reported on seenews.comΒΈ Lulu Hypermarket is part of Abu Dhabi-headquartered Lulu Group International, which owns some 195 supermarkets and employs 57,000 people, according to the statement.
