The ‘Freskon Greece’ project, organized by TIF-Helexpo, will once again make its presence felt at the ‘Fruit Attraction’ International Fruit and Vegetable Expo, organized from 22 to 24 October in Madrid. This year’s national participation of ‘Freskon Greece’ includes Greece’s most important fruit and vegetable enterprises, it will be even larger than it was last year, and it has “leveled-up” both as regards quality and quantity in comparison to the previous event. Specifically, this year’s participation consists of 21 companies and the Region of Central Macedonia. It will cover an exhibition area of 315 square meters, in comparison to 200 square meters in the previous year, in a pavilion that will stand out for its architectural aesthetics, where the Greek products will be highlighted.
The ‘Freskon Greece’ project is an initiative of the ‘Frekson’ International Fruit and Vegetable Trade Show, which is organized by TIF-Helexpo every April in Thessaloniki. Its goal is to organize and present Greek companies of the sector in exhibitions abroad while, ultimately, the idea is to establish Freskon Greece as a messenger of the comparative advantages and potential of Greek enterprises on an international level. The organizational experience and international network of partners of TIF-Helexpo ensure the project’s progress, both as regards quality and on a more practical level of results for participants.
In the framework of the ‘Freskon Greece’ participation at ‘Fruit Attraction’, besides a purely exhibition presence, TIF-Helexpo has programmed a visit of the Greek delegation to the central fruit and vegetable market of Madrid, ‘Merca Madrid’. Furthermore, the national exhibition agency has organized b2b meetings between buyers and supermarket chains.
