The trader, who sells his goods in the Frankfurt fresh produce center, almost exclusively sources Italian goods: "We have good suppliers with whom we have been working for 30 years, and although we have visited other countries of origin, Italy was the strongest contender. "
The plums are priced at €2.50 per kilo. That's normal for the beginning of the season. "The quality of the fruit is very good this year and we will have the product in our assortment for four to five months."
