On Thursday, May 30, at 9:00 a.m., more than 350 professionals of the agro-food sector met at the Meliá Lebreros Hotel in Seville to discuss the present and future of one of the crops that has been growing the most in recent years: the avocado.
160 companies from Spain, Kenya, Portugal, Italy, Chile, Peru, Mexico and South Africa decided to attend this congress that promises to become a key event for the sector.
The seminar's presentations were given by prestigious professionals of the sector, such as Walter Apaza, professor at the National Agrarian University La Molina, Peru, and Armando López Orduña, General Director of APEAM, the Association of Producers and Exporters of Avocados from Mexico, among others.
The event's success is not the result of chance, as AGQ Labs has extensive experience in the organization of other meetings dedicated to other crops, such as blueberries in Mexico, Spain, Chile, Peru, Argentina or Colombia. The company has thus consolidated as the perfect host.
To sum it all up, the meeting has brought together more than 350 professionals, 160 companies and 9 speakers of international stature from 8 countries, promising to set new standards for the sector in the future.
