In the first six months of 2025, Tajikistan exported 90,280 tons of agricultural products, an increase of 13,156 tons compared to the same period last year, as reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The country exported agricultural goods to 26 countries. The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) accounted for 89% of exports, while 11% were sent to non-CIS countries.
By region, the largest volume of agricultural exports passed through checkpoints in the Sughd Region, 80,000 tons. Next came the Khatlon Region with 5,200 tons, then the city of Tursunzoda with 4,600 tons, Dushanbe with 189 tons, and Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region with 66 tons.
