Steve Hattendorf and Karen Brux from Fruits from Chile. They received a lot of questions about the earthquake, but with regards to the produce industry, it doesn't have any effect on production, because it wasn't in the production area. With regards to frost, the kiwi noticed some large losses between 40-60%. However the citrus program looks promising.

Carol Golsch and Todd Baggett from RedLine Solutions. They have a new system, which is eideal for the bin inventory. When growers use their bins for harvesting, they can print already labels on the bin, when they start harvesting. In this case only the bin needs to be scanned, and all the information comes out directly. This saves a lot of time, instead of haveing to fill all info manually on a form and then into the computer. This product will be available in the fall. Besides Red Line Solutions is a proud winner of Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Awards 2014
