The real new entry of the 2012 Interpoma was an apple with red flesh, presented in various forms and in different stands, as well as the subject of a specific in-depth technical and scientific conferences in the course of and parallel to the fair. Almost all specimens of apples with red flesh, as in this portrait photo and developed by the French nurseries Escande, are still in the testing phase and have not yet been introduced to the market.
