Harvest Moon is an Australian vegetable grower with farms in Tasmania, New South Wales, and Queensland, totalling over 5,000 acres. The company has a team of over 450 employees, and works with a further 83 Australian growers across the country.

We farm 2,500 acres in Forth, Tasmania, during summer due to its high light levels and cool climate temperatures to produce the best quality during Australia's hot summers," said Ben Meadows, Category Manager at Harvest Moon.
"During winter, we move our production north to Glenfyne Farms, NSW, where we recently purchased a 2,500-acre property on beautiful red sandy soils. We also farm in Southern QLD during winter to ensure we have good coverage during the most challenging time of the year. Another key growing region for Harvest Moon is Victoria. Harvest Moon owns warehousing and processing facilities in the heart of the growing region of Werribee South. This is the only region in Australia that can produce Brassicas 52 weeks of the year."

Harvest Moon's main export products are carrots, pumpkins, onions, broccoli, potatoes, and watermelons. As well as selling on the domestic market, Harvest Moon also exports heir range of Snackables, which includes whole baby carrots, snacking cucumbers, radish, and celery.
"We are the largest fresh produce exporter in Australia. We ship both air freight and sea freight with 400 sea freight containers per annum and over 1200 PMCs per year. We have long-standing supply relationships in South East Asia, Dubai, Japan, and Fiji."
Although the product profile changes from season to season, Harvest Moon supplies customers 52 weeks of the year with all their needs.
"We are consistently promoting Australian produce into export markets and showcasing our range of produce across the trade shows in Southeast Asia and Japan each year. This has helped us achieve this growth in our export business and win the Exporter of the Year award for 2025."
