The systems in the company's organic greenhouses carefully regulate temperature, humidity, light, and nutrient levels, creating ideal conditions for the crops to flourish. Because crops are in a controlled growing environment and shielded from environmental stressors, the risks of diseases and pest infestations are also reduced.

Alongside CEA methods, the company implemented effective IPM practices in its organic greenhouses. IPM helps create a healthier insect ecosystem in the greenhouse, allowing for more sustainable pest control. This approach has been successfully applied in its state-of-the-art greenhouse in Wapakoneta, Ohio, to grow Organic WOW® Strawberries.
