Ibérica de Patatas, one of the main consumer potato marketing companies in Spain, will present its latest technological innovations to optimize production at this year's Fruit Attraction fair. "Specifically, the company has invested more than one million euro in a new washing, calibration, and selection production line, which has come into operation this September, and which includes optical selectors and an innovative anti-knock system, which means higher quality and product care."

The company will showcase its most emblematic brands - La Auténtica Patata, Princesa Amandine, El Sabor de Mamá, among others - at the fair, as well as its initiatives to promote seasonal and proximity products with Patata Nueva de Málaga and Especial Castiza de Madrid.
