"The cover is designed and engineered for red and yellow kiwi plants, but is also ideal for blueberries, raspberries, cherries and grapes. The Polifilm-Ultra® improves the coloring, size and quantity of the fruit, without compromising it, and is distinguished by the high level of diffused light, excellent transparency, UV open, water vapor barrier and poor adhesion to dust. The mixture is composed of several polymers guaranteed by us for 3 years, but we also have proof of 4-5 years of durability. It all depends on the area of installation and the intensity of the treatments carried out.

As a matter of fact, after the recent and violent whirlwind, Domenico 
Tornese, owner of the farm of the same name in Rizziconi (ReggioCalabria) thought that nothing would be left of his kiwi production. "The trees - explained the farmer - tumbled down because of the strong wind gusts. I was really alarmed, and my worries were about my new red kiwi plant, realized after so many sacrifices. Fortunately, everything turned out well. The structure held up perfectly, and the sheets are intact. Only a few of the cement poles were lifted 7 cm from the ground, but everything was promptly restored."
