Dominican Republic sees great potential for increasing avocado volumes

The Dominican Republic has 35,000 hectares of avocado trees grown in different parts of the country, and are increasing their volumes by 10% each year. The country has a great location for exporting by air or by sea to any place in the work. So far, the Dominican avocados have been selling in the following markets: Panama, Costa Rica, Aruba, Antigua, Puerto Rico, Curazao, St Marteen, U.S.A, Canada, Spain, France, UK, Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Russia, and the growers are looking forward to reaching new destinations.

This instructive video explains more about the Dominican avocados. Cesar PĂ©rez, Mario Chong and Bryan Rudert discuss the export logistics. This is the third video in the series.
