This video shows the total apple production in tonnes per country in the period 1961 - 2017.
The global production of apples amounted to 83.1 million tonnes in 2017, with China producing 50% and Europe (including Turkey) 17% of the total. Other important producers with 3-5% of the world total were the United States, Turkey and Poland.
