Blue Book Services’ free Know Your Commodity app is now available. The app provides information for sourcing and shipping produce including good arrival guidelines, product availability, U.S. grades, storage and packaging, and more.

The company says the app complements the annual print and digital Know Your Commodity guides available on its website.
