FAM Centris 315

The option to quickly change knives and shapes, means multiple orders can be filled in a short time. The FAM Centris 315 and FAM Dorphy can be used apart or on a line, and are exchangeable. The FAM Centris 315 is a centrifugal cutting machine, which makes it ideal for cutting fresh vegetables into slices and strips. The FAM Dorphy has been created to cut fruit and vegetables into slices, strips or cubes.
