Carlos Ledo, CEO of the company, stated they would open a new subsidiary in Ghana under the name of IDAI SONGHAI, to respond to the high demand for its products in the African country. This company will be registered in Accra, Ghana's capital and its biggest city.
With this move, the company's range of Idai Nature's Fertilizers and Idai Premium's products enter a market which produces cocoa, banana, watermelon, corn, among other crops.

The company does not rule out creating new branches in other countries. Currently, they have branches in the USA, Mexico, Algeria, and Turkey.
At the moment, the company has new projects in several Asian countries that are very akin to Idai Nature's philosophy, given the current global trend towards food security.
