Kazakhstan’s agricultural potential presented in Poland

This year, Kazakhstan took part in the largest Polish international agricultural exhibition for the first time. More than 400 companies from 20 different countries also took part.

Kazakh-tv reported that Kazakhstan presented its agricultural potential and the associated export opportunities at the agricultural exhibition. As part of the event, the Kazakh delegation held bilateral talks with the Polish partners.
Representatives from the Kostanai region, from the South Kazakhstan region, from Almaty and from Astana all took part in the exhibition.

Increasing exports -to Poland and other EU countries- is paramount; logistics in particular is the constraining element. And the Kazakhi partners are interested not only in purchasing Polish apples, but also in getting technology to process these apples. This will be the next step towards producing goods with high added value.
