China: Port of Tianjin intercepts illegal fresh fruits

Recently, employees from the Post Inspection Office of the Tianjin Inspection and Quarantine Bureau were inspecting a package from New Zealand, when they found ten avocadoes and 14 lemons with a total weight of 3,100 grams. This is the first time that the post inspection at the port of Tianjin has intercepted such a large amount of fresh fruit. The fruits were intercepted by employees according to regulations, and are now awaiting further treatment.
