Lance Nichols has been promoted to Vice President / General Manager Arizona, announces Donald Souther, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Lance has been an integral part of our operational growth in Phoenix over the last several years and we look forward to tapping into his years of experience as he oversees all of our Arizona operations.”

In addition, John Caldwell Vice President will now be concentrating solely on Vision’s expansion in Nogales with sales and grower direct. “Vision Produce Company sees many opportunities for growth in Arizona and we feel fortunate that Lance and John can help guide our team,” said Souther.
