This factor makes the production volume be "even 50% smaller than that of a producer using less saline water," explains García. In this way, the plants are stressed, resulting in a lower production volume and a boost to the flavour.
One of its flagship products is the cherry tomato which they are shipping to Barcelona, Madrid and Malaga. "For now, 95% of our production remains in Spain, marketed under the 18KT brand, although we expect this trend to change in the coming years," says García.
