In January-February 2017, Azerbaijan exported agricultural products worth $57 million 530.7 thousand, which is 69.7% more than in the same period of last year, as reported by the Ministry of Agriculture to Interfax-Azerbaijan.
"Most of the agricultural products exported were fruits and vegetables," the department noted.
In January-February 2017, Azerbaijan exported 24,088 tonnes of fruit (an increase of 44.7%) worth $ 26 million 814.3 thousand (an increase of 22.6%) and 13,984 thousand tonnes of vegetables (up 2.1 times) worth $ 11 million 904 thousand (an increase of 73.7%).
