German catering company Stockheim will bring its new concept to Düsseldorf train station: Ida & Frida. The station is daily visited by approximately 250,000 commuters, travellers and visitors, and they now no longer have to search for trendy flavour experiences that come with health-conscious diets. The modern food outlet is the 11th to be run by Stockheim at central station Düsseldorf. With its surface of about 18 m2, it is distinctive because of its high surface efficiency.

People can buy, among other products, fresh-squeezed juices and smoothies, delicatessen salads (for example beetroot/quinoa salad), and homemade potato or carrot purée with various fresh toppings from Ida & Frida. Sandwiches, wraps and soups are also on the menu. Moreover, Ida & Frida also sells coffee and cappuccino.
The healthy delicacies are prepared on the spot according to recipes from Stockheim chefs. For example, all smoothies are mixed fresh after each order. The presentation of the shop is fresh and light, with a natural appearance thanks to a combination of wood, orange and green.

A daily team of three or four employees are available from 6 AM to 9:30 PM for about 600 customers every day.
