Guadeloupe and Martinique bananas to sponsor Tour de France Sailing Race

The team “Fondation FDJ - Des Pieds et Des Mains” has announced that Guadeloupe and Martinique bananas will be their co-sponsor for their third time participating in the Tour de France Sailing Race. The French banana logo will be visually present on the Diam 24’s large sail, on the hull and on the crews clothing.

Philippe Ruelle, Director General of the Union Grouping Banana Producers from Guadeloupe and Martinique says that “for the Tour de France Sailing Race, the Guadeloupe and Martinique Bananas are supporting the skipper Damien Sequin, triple paralympic medal winner, alongside the Fondation FDJ. This partnership will allow us, through a human adventure, to encourage a talented athlete, a Guadeloupean at heart and support the only handi-valid team in the Tour de France Sailing Race”.
