Avocados From Mexico launch new contest in partnership with Yuzu Sushi

From February 15th to March 15th 2017, a contest co-sponsored by Avocados From Mexico and 69 Yuzu Sushi restaurants in the provinces of Quebec and New Brunswick will give participants an opportunity to win a trip for 2 people to Mexico, valued at C$5,000.

Avocados from Mexico views the Canadian foodservice industry as an important partner in promoting Mexico's avocados. Together, Avocados from Mexico and Yuzu Sushi restaurants are encouraging sushi lovers to discover a wide range of delicious avocado based culinary creations.

To this end, the two brands are launching a contest inviting consumers to share their love of sushi and maki products containing avocado on Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #AvoYuzu. To enter the contest, consumers are encouraged to visit Yuzu sushi restaurants and Yuzu sushi express locations, or purchase online Yuzu's avocado-based creations.

To promote the contest, a short animation will play on all 69 Yuzu restaurants’ TV screens in addition to the combined social media of both Avocados from Mexico and Yuzu sushi.
