Uzbekistan companies sign $74 million in agriculture supply agreements

Companies in Uzbekistan have signed agreements worth US$74 million to supply fresh and processed agricultural products while attending the International exhibition of food, drinks and raw materials PRODEXPO-2017, which was held in Moscow, Russia, reported UzDaily.

Uzbek companies held negotiations with representatives of the foreign companies to discuss the establishment of mutually beneficial, long-term relationships and the organization of supplies of fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan.

Uzbek companies also reached agreements on establishing cooperation with large importers from Mongolia and Vietnam. These markets are new for fresh, processed and dried fruits and vegetables, as well as beans.
