Goplasticpallets.com has launched their new GoEuro 64120LP, a super-light fruit tray, ideal for growers and soft fruit pickers.
The company claims the GoEuro 64120LP was created specifically for the fruit industry and offers a simple, yet durable solution to fruit picking. The light tray comes with a ventilated base and walls, for improved air cooling and hydro cooling applications – making light work of transporting fruit from the field to the fridge.
Each tray weighs 1,050g and was designed to be a choice pick for strawberries and blackberries. Manufactured from Polypropylene (PP) the GoEuro 64120LP measures 600mm (L) x 400mm (W) x 120mm (H). It has a strong, reinforced base and straight-sided walls which are designed to hold punnets of fruit securely in place, without the delicate fruit being crushed when the full trays are stacked. Furthermore, it’s ventilated walls mean the container is easy to clean and dry, and allows produce to cool when in store.
The GoEuro 64120LP is available with or without ergonomic handholes to suit the application.
The company also announced their GoEuro 6480P which is for picking blueberries and raspberries. The tray Measures 600mm (L) x 400mm (W) x 80mm (H) and weighs just 1,030gs, fruit growers can safely strap it around their waist or shoulder and pick small and very delicate fruits, such as raspberries and blackberries, directly into punnets loaded in the tray. The trays can then be easily stacked and loaded into a trailer for processing.
Equally, the GoEuro 6450P is a suitable choice for very small, delicate fruits because it measures only 50mm in height. Both GoEuro 6480P and GoEuro 6450P are easy to clean and are manufactured in dark grey polypropylene as standard and are also available in other colours when ordered in large quantities.
Another tray to be announced, they claim, is ideal for transferring picked fruit from transit and use within the retailer.
The GoMaxi 64199P bale arm crate is hygienic and offers depth and convenience when transporting picked fruit to the store. Stackable and nestable, our bale-arm crates are widely used by retailers thanks to their versatility. When nested, the GoMaxi 64199P provides a space saving of 76 per cent.
Alternatively, the rigid pallet containers are suitable for larger fruits, collecting reject produce and waste products.
For harvesting larger fruits and managing waste the company offers their GoBox 1210 BBAJ Blue and GoBox 1210 BBCJ Blue. The GoBox 1210 BBAJ Blue and GoBox 1210 BBCJ Blue are designed for picking larger fruits such as grapes, apples and pears, and late summer fruits that harvest later in the year. Providing an impressive 670 litres of volume storage, these popular pallet containers work as a great solution for collecting unwanted produce, ‘rejects’ and waste.
