China: Food security opens new opportunities for fruit & veg bags

Our company is located in Ningbo and produces PP and PE breathing reticular bags. The main types of products that we serve are the fruits and vegetables with rough skins, such as avocado, apple, orange, onion, potato and so on. The annual amount of flat woven bags is about 3000 tons, and the knitted bag is about 5000 tons".

"So far, all our company products are available for export and we deal with a number of small foreign packaging plants and machinery factories. Our overseas sales market has been very mature. In recent years, we have found that the packaging materials used by domestic companies are basically recycled plastics, and with more and more attention to food safety, this kind of bag is no longer able to meet the needs of consumers. This helps us to see the business opportunities in the domestic market."
