Brazil: French fries shaped like emojis

According to the Statista website, 70.4% of the people surveyed think they help better express what we think, 64.7% of people believe people will understand them more easily through emojis, and 49.7% of the people believe emojis help them have a more personal connection with someone else. Thus, it is not surprising that many companies have wanted to use emojis to capture the attention of consumers.

It seems emojis have also arrived to the food sector, as McCain French fries has launched a new product aimed at a young audience.

McCain has launched some french fries shaped as emojis and the promotion campaign for this new product was devised by the Brazilian Crispin Porter + Bogusky agency.

At the moment, this new french fries will only be available in Brazil's Outback restaurants.
