Schoeller Allibert: Showcasing latest innovations at LogiMAT

Schoeller Allibert, the reusable packaging systems specialist, will attend the 14th LogiMAT Trade Fair in Stuttgart, Germany from the 8th to 10th of March 2016, where they will be showcasing their latest innovations.

Schoeller Allibert has been developing standard and bespoke RTP (reusable transport packaging) solutions for more than 50 years. These solutions facilitate transport and protect all kinds of products, from a wide range of markets. The company is always working to develop more personalised, optimised and versatile products that also reduce the carbon footprint of transportation.

At LogiMAT they will showcase their new products such as the MaxiLog®, a rigid bulk container which has been developed for industries, like food, with high hygienic requirements. The inner surfaces of the plastic container are flat and smooth, and all the corners rounded, which make it very easy to clean. It supports a load capacity of up to 450 kg with a volume capacity of 610 litres in moving situation. In a static position, the MaxiLog® can reach a load of 4,500 kg. It means it can support the weight of 10 fully-charged MaxiLog® placed above it. Its innovative lightweight construction has been further revised and improved by Schoeller Allibert. Vertical columns ensure the weight of the load to be ideally distributed at any time.

The EuroClick®, which is developed for the automotive industry, will also be showcased. While being a standardised European crate, available in both of the most widely used sizes of 400x300mm and 600x400mm, it also comes with two useful features allowing it to stack more goods, fit with any container, and facilitate traceability. The Click booster® is a top rim collar that gives an additional 15mm usable height to any container, avoiding the need the use of different crates to fit in each automotive part’s shape and size, but still able to inter-stack with most euro-containers on the Automotive market. It also features a ClickHolder®, which can be positioned on either wall in one click, to hold labels in place, making all containers in the fleet fully versatile.
