After ten years at LTO Glaskracht, Dick Hylkema has decided to pursue his career elsewhere. Hylkema will start at the NAO (Dutch Potato Organization) as the director on April 1st. The NAO is the branch association for the trade of seed and consumer potatoes.
Since the start of Glaskracht, in 2005, Hylkema has been involved in greenhouse advocacy. Hylkema played an important role in the establishment of the LTO Glaskrcht Nederland partnership in 2014, between three regional member organizations LTO Noord Glaskracht, ZLTO and LLTB. Thanks to his efforts, the advocacy, professional expertise and innovation for greenhouses now takes places from one member network.
The LTO Glaskracht board is currently seeking a successor.
