Oca du Perou
The Oca du Perou are red, orange, yellow or white coloured tubers. The different shaped spuds have a special flavour. They are crunchy and can be both sweet and bitter. They are therefore very suitable for use in salads, but are also tasty cooked, fried or encrusted! In South America the Oca du Perou is often used in stews and soups.
Capucine Tubereuse
Capucine Tubereuse are oblong white tubers with stripes and inset purple eyes. Their flavour is fresh and spicy.
