Fruit Attraction 2015: Delfanti Trade introduces new garlic cloves in bowls

The Italian Company Delfanti Trade from Monticelli d’Ongina (Piacenza), with its BRC and IFS certificated warehouse, is going to attend the Fruit Attraction fair in Madrid (from 28th till 30th October) for the first time.

In hall 7 - booth 7C09A, Delfanti is going to propose its wide range of garlic, onions and shallot, including traditional products from the Piacenza region as well as a careful selection of the best international products (PDO, PGI, etc.). Moreover, Delfanti is going to take this important occasion to introduce its most interesting novelty: the garlic cloves in bowls.

"We developed this idea" – explains Mauro Delfanti, the Company representative – "thinking about our consumers. We intend to help them by allowing an easier and quicker use of our product in the kitchen: the cloves are ready to be added to the dish they are cooking, with no need to crush the garlic bulb".

This product, just like the rest of the Delfanti range, complies with the GlobalGAP standard. Moreover, this new kind of packaging, which is being appreciated by supermarket chains as well as consumers, has been recorded as a Registered Community Design with no. 002699892-0001/0007.
