Ruby Fresh pomegranate aril season has started

After major upgrades were performed to the aril processing and packing facility of the summer, Ruby Fresh is now shipping their popular Jewel Cups of pomegranate arils for the fall holiday pull.

Offering 4 ounce, 5.3 ounce cups as well as convenient multi-pack Grab-N-Go’s, the Jewel line offers retailers a variety of size and value for consumers of fresh packed pomegranate arils (seeds).

In addition, Ruby Fresh introduced a 2 ounce cup last season on a trial basis for use with institutional sales to school lunch programs, food service and airline and cruise line buyers. The demand for this style pack was outstanding.

For 2015, Ruby Fresh has developed a true wholesale/food service pack, consisting of 8 (1 lb.) sealed bags of raw extracted arils. Perfect for chefs, line cooks or even boutique grocery outlets who package their own in-store retail packs of pomegranate arils.

The entire Ruby Fresh Jewel line will be on display at this year’s PMA Show in Atlanta at booth number 3375. Stop by to sample.

Ruby Fresh would like to thank all the Chef’s who participated in the Ruby Fresh Chef’s Challenge. We have thoroughly enjoyed reviewing all of the submissions, and have decided to reveal the winning chef early as the decision has been made: Executive Chef Kathy Fang.
