Ivory Coast: Over 30,000 tons of cashew nuts produced in Zuenola

Zuenola’s cashew nut production has increased from 17,688 tons in 2014, to 30,634 tons in 2015. The Director of Agriculture, Irié née Rahab Gouadé has urged producers to work even more to reach 35,000 tons next season. The Director General of the cotton and cashew council, Sanogo Malamine, has promised that he will ensure that production and prices improve.
