France: Less peaches but increase in production prices

According to an Agreste publication, on the 1st August 2015, annual peach, nectarine, brugnon and pavie production was estimated to have reached 217,000 tons, 8% lower than last year and 18% below the 2010-2014 average (taking into consideration the 13% decrease in acreage over this period).

Production prices overall remained at a high level in July, +12% compared to the 2010-2014 average and +28% compared to 2014.
