"To date, all markets are selling Dutch bell peppers, at least periodically. The good weather we have been having over the last few days is great for consumption, but its a concern for the crop. It is also true that planting a new bell pepper plant is difficult when it is so hot. This will have implications for the upcoming period. It is expected that there will be less bell peppers available. This will hopefully be good for prices, at least if the old law of supply and demand does it's job," says the bell pepper seller.
