France: Comimpex joins the Group Pomanjou
Mr. Jean Selverro, Comimpex's founder, wished to retire while ensuring a bright future for its company. To this end, he previously hired and introduced Eric Guasch as a shareholder of his company. The sales of his shares to the Group Pomanjou materializes his desire to sustain the activity of his company over the long term.
On June 24th, 2015, the SAS Comimpex became a subsidiary of the Group Pomanjou that is pleased to welcome such a young a dynamic company.
Comimpex's presidency is ensured by Mr Eric Guasch, while Mr Jean Selverro remains in the service of the company for the short term.
