"We wish to warn and tell every fruit importer and exporter around the world to be careful when working with banana operator Joseph Mudar (or Mudar youseef Mohmoud ), operating with company name Servibanana S.A., which is said by Joseph to be owned by Sajid (or Sunny) Chaudhry. Mudar is also rumoured to be involved in the trade of Okra.
We started to work with Joseph Mudar and Servibanana in August 2014. Our company paid invoices from Joseph Mudar for 9 containers deposits of prepayments, but he didn’t deliver any fruit and withheld the down payment money.
As a company we have tried hard to pressure Joseph to inform us, to deliver the fruit or to repay the money, yet after empty promises, we are still without fruit and without money. As far as we know，Joseph Mudar nor Servibanana S.A. didn’t ship even one container, as they never sent us any copy docs even though we paid 5 shipments worth of deposit. Naturally we are very angry about the situation.
Another Chinese buyer, Mr.Xu also set out to do business with Joseph and Servibanana S.A. around the same time, but also didn’t receive any fruit as yet, nor did they see their money returned. Both importers are suffering extensive losses due to the situation. Meanwhile Joseph had promised either a copy swift for a repayment or more detailed information on the true location of the money by November 24 - neither of which he has delivered.
