US: Pilot Project to grow more nutritious vegetables
These Super Nutritionally Enhanced Vegetables are the brainchild of John O. Jay and Mildred Brown. This will be the first project of its kind and will employ carefully constructed and heated greenhouses with a sand, potting soil and nutrient rich liquid medium. These rigorously managed environments will allow maximum nutrient transference to the growing vegetables and fruits. There will also be a pressure irrigation system which will be controlled by a moisture sensors in the soil.
Super Nutritionally Enhanced Vegetables promise to revolutionize the agriculture industry in the United States. As more consumers learn that they have been duped into purchasing less nutritious foods, there will be a growing desire for more wholesome foods like Super Nutritionally Enhanced Vegetables. However, like most pioneering advances, there is a substantial cost to make Super Nutritionally Enhanced Vegetables a reality.
To help fund the construction of the initial greenhouses and growing systems, John and Mildred have sponsored a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter to raise the needed $100,000. With these funds, almost 5,000 sq. ft. of greenhouse space can be constructed, water and electrical systems installed, refrigeration units purchased and necessary supplies like soil, seeds and bedding purchased.
