"Of course the difference in price from the old production is also an issue but consumption might grow. At the moment, prices hover between €50 and €55 per quintal."
It seems that production has increased with respect to last year and "things should be better after Easter."
Currently, the company sells 50-60,000 tons of new potatoes per year, which are destined mainly to domestic and foreign retailers in Germany and Belgium in particular.
