Tim Clark named Senior VP, Chief Human Resources Officer

Ready Pac Foods, Inc. proudly announces the hiring of their new Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer. As the company’s Senior VP, Chief HR Officer, Tim will lead the administration of the organization’s Human Resource function and support the productive and profitable business operations. He will report directly to Tony Sarsam, CEO.

With Tim’s 20 plus years of experience, he joins Ready Pac with a diverse Human Resource background in both large and small organizations, as well as the consumer packaged goods industry. Prior to Ready Pac Tim spent over 10 years of his career with The Pepsi Bottling Group. At Pepsi, he held a variety of HR positions across multiple locations throughout the United States, which eventually landed him in Southern California as HR Director for the Southern California Business Unit. Most recently, for the past 6 years, Tim was responsible for forming the HR function as the Head of HR for RED Digital Cinema. In addition, Tim has held several roles from Senior VP, HR to HR Director for New Century Financial Corp, Fremont Investment and Loan, and Texaco Refining and Marketing, Inc.
