Del Monte official fresh produce provider for the 2014 'SOBEWFF'

Del Monte Fresh Produce was the Official Fresh Produce Provider of the 2014 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF), a national, star-studded, four-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, and culinary personalities.

Del Monte was the named sponsor of Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum and Cabo Wabo Tequila present Emeril Lagasse and Sammy Hagar's Rockin' Beach Party sponsored by Del Monte Fresh Produce Saturday night, offering attendees with the night’s signature drink, the Del Monte SOBE Sunrise featuring Cabo Wabo® Tequila and Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple.

Del Monte also participated in many of the other SOBEWFF events including Thursday night’s Moët Hennessy's The Q presented by Creekstone Farms sponsored by MIAMI magazine hosted by Michael Symon and Friday evening’s Amstel Light Burger Bash presented by Pat LaFrieda Meats hosted by Rachael Ray where many of the exhibiting celebrity chefs and famed restaurants featured Del Monte fresh products in their recipes.

Del Monte distributed samples of their Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, proprietary MAG® Melon, and the newest addition to their product line, the Del Monte Fresh Guac™. At the Fun and Fit as a Family, featuring Goya Kidz Kitchen hosted by Robert Irvine, Del Monte offered their premium Del Monte® bananas to small children and their families who participated in the many fun activities at the Del Monte kiosk.
