Varekamp Coldstores relaunches under the Kloosterboer flag

Yesterday an agreement was reached between Kloosterboer and Varekamp Coldstores about a restart of the latter company. The company makes a new start under the name Varekamp Coldstores Holland. "The reputation which Varekamp had in the market, the range of services and the provision of information, led to interest from Kloosterboer and we have come to a good agreement. I am very happy that we can fcontinue the company and am convinced that we will get a nice position within the Kloosterboer Group," says William Nowee, who remains responsible for Varekamp Coldstores Holland.

"With Kloosterboer we have found a good partner, who is active in logistics and has a large network and also a certain scope which will allow our business expand. We are now looking forward with confidence to the future. We must start again. This means that all agreements with staff must be looked at and we will again enter a start-up phase,"says William. "I want to express my appreciation to colleagues, customers and suppliers, who in recent times have had to have lot of patience. One customer has now made a different choice and of course I respect that choice with these circumstances, but of course I will again make contact with them to pick up where we left off. Now the time has come again to strengthen and broaden ourselves."
