US: Curry & Company release new packaging

Curry & Company recently introduced new packaging featuring the redesigned Curry & Company logo at the 2012 Fresh Summit in Anaheim, CA. Curry & Company say their packaging is carefully and creatively designed to meet the merchandising and display needs of retailers nationwide. Matching bins and bags are in the final stages of production.

The high quality graphics showcase the 4 color, hand-illustrated logo on an enlarged background of the red barn depicted in the logo. The box will be utilized for yellow, red and white onions and also for their sweet onion program.

“We wanted something bright, bold and colorful that clearly said ‘farm’. Our aim was packaging that gets noticed, is functional for displays and connects the consumer to the grower. What consumer doesn’t feel produce starts with an image as iconic as a red barn?” stated company President, Matt Curry.

Complimentary point-of-sale is available in 11 x 7 signs and can be custom designed for accounts as needed.

According to Curry, “Virtually every retailer has different requirements for point-of-sale materials, rather than a one-size fits all program, we work with our retailers to develop the proper size and message that works for their particular stores. It creates more work, but typically has much better store level execution when materials are custom made and targeted.”
The new packaging is available now.
