Florette to aquire Bakkavor businesses in France and Spain
Parent company Agrial, announced that negotiations for the acquisition of Bakkavör in France and Spain are on the verge of success. Florrette will take over four production sites: Macon, Torreilles, Saint-Pol-de-Léon for France and Torre Pacheco, Murcia in Spain.
Agrial will develop new business opportunities in France and Spain and new products such as snacking solutions, in accordance with its strategic objectives.
The agreement will become effective only after obtaining the approval of the competition authorities in France and Spain.
