In Europe, Moscow suffers a lack of cucumbers and tomatoes

The effect of a lack of cucumbers and tomatoes in the production areas of the Netherlands and Spain is being seen in Moscow. The price of these two products is multiplying and reaching in wholesale prices a range between 1.87 and 2.12 Euro. As a result of lack of cucumbers and tomatoes, producers of the satellite states like Azerbaijan, or producers from Asia and Iran are taking advantage. The price of the Azerbaijan cucumber exceeds 2.4 euros per kilogram, while the one from Iran is below the 2.3 euros.
